Summary/Objective
Five Stones Research Corporation (5SRC) is seeking energetic candidates to join our established and growing Huntsville-headquartered team. THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD.
Essential Functions
Supervises and leads dayâtoâday facility operations and maintenance for a DoD continuousâoperations facility.
Plans, directs, and coordinates all functions of the designated task order to meet contract performance requirements and objectives.
Manages cost, schedule, and performance, ensuring expenditures remain within the task order budget.
Ensures adequate 24/7/365 staffing to operate and maintain critical facility systems.
Oversees proactive and reactive repairs to maintain uninterrupted operations.
Maintains authoritative knowledge of all facility systems, including physical layouts, drawings, analyses, incident reporting, facility services, and records.
Required Education and Experience
Education: BA/BS; AA/AS; or High School Diploma (or GED)
Experience: 10 years total, with general experience including 6 years directly related experience and 3 years in management or leadership roles.
Certifications: Position-specific certification(s) may be required; years of experience can be supplemented for degrees.
Additional: Must support 24/7/365 continuous mission operations and be available for on-call support during nights, weekends, and holidays as required by mission needs, as this is a continuous 24/7/365 operational facility for the DoD customer.
