Glenwood State Bank is currently seeking a full-time Operations Assistant, with the position based out of either our Glenwood or Osakis location.

As an Operations Assistant at Glenwood State Bank, you’ll be at the heart of our bank’s daily operations—ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across a variety of critical tasks. You’ll provide essential support to the Operations department by backing up and processing daily activities such as research, data input, and system maintenance. This role requires a strong understanding of relevant laws and compliance regulations, while delivering excellent customer service. You’ll also recognize customer needs, have solid knowledge of bank products, and refer customers to the appropriate departments as needed, directly supporting smooth and secure banking experiences for our customers. 

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality, accuracy, and exceptional customer service.
