About the Role:
We are hiring Fresh Graduates who are fluent in English and have basic proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and Internet research. Candidates must be open to rotational shifts (including night shifts) and eager to grow in a fast-paced global work environment.

What You'll Do:

• Perform data entry and processing using Google Sheets and CRM tools


• Carry out various back-office activities on online platforms as per client guidelines


• Ensure timely and high-quality task delivery


• Proactively escalate any task-related issues to the management team
  


• Conduct online research to verify and validate information when needed


• Collaborate with Team Leaders and Managers to meet team targets


• Participate in client calls and follow instructions to execute tasks accurately
