Operations Associate

Piper Companies is seeking a Operations Associate to join a software company located in

Durham, NC . This team is operates on a hybrid 3- day a week onsite schedule.

Gain proficiency of all tasks pertaining to premium processing ensuring premium is issued within 24 hours of receipt.
Handle processing of outgoing funds for not taken orders and overpayment within established timeframe.
Correspond with producers to ensure accurate and timely processing of premium payments and annuity applications. Follow up to obtain required documentation as needed.
Provide information as needed related to an application's status and assist in research for other departments, agencies, and agents.

Salary

: $23 dollars an hour with benefits
