Operations Associate

Our client, an asset management company, is seeking an Operations Associate to join their team! This role will be hybrid onsite in Boston, MA 3 days a week. This position will play a key role in facilitating the operational functions within the firm. This role will report to the Director of Investment Operations and be key to a the firms growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:
Monitor cash flows
Generate and distribute reports
Oversee settlements, resolve discrepancies
Collaborate with other teams
Implementing and enhancing procedures
Process investment transactions
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration preferred
2+ years experience in investment operations, asset management or related financial services role preferred
Understanding of financial markets and trade lifecycle
