Job Description- Manage online platforms such as Amazon Vendor/Seller, Macy's, Williams-Sonoma, Wayfair, Walmart, Home Depot, etc.
- Order processing
- Order management, shipping arrangement, product monitoring
- High literacy in NetSuite, SPS Commerce, etc.
- Update and manage product listings and set up new product listings
- Provide regular reporting on all sales and account costs
- Monitor inventory integrity across all ecommerce platforms
- Ensure returns are processed accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist customers when needed
- Perform all other duties as assigned and required
Qualifications
- Experience with online retailers using EDI Program
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience in the home appliance industry is a plus
