What You Bring
- High school or GED required with previous relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in operations management, engineering, or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operations or supervisory roles
- Proficiency in operations center technologies, incident management systems, and data analytics
- Strong understanding of rail operations, safety protocols, and process optimization
- Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a focus on team development

Salary Range: $80,000 - $95,000/year
