Operations Clerk 3

Ensure that all processes are being followed in the completion of work tasks.  Provide instruction and guidance to employees and audit work processes and products to confirm production specifications are met.  Ensure that safety procedures are followed by employees at all times.  

Communicate  internal and external delays to Customer Service.

Analyze and resolve discrepancies reported from Shipping, Receiving and Inventory.

• 3+ years experience in a high-volume shipping role, processing a comprehensive variety of shipments.  
• Proven proficiency with computerized warehouse business systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• High degree of organization, accuracy and dependability.
• Ability to work in a team environment required.
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs with or without an accommodation
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Ability to follow the requirements of documented processes as defined in the ETQ system.

The pay range for this role at the noted location is $16.00 – $19.00 / hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, and shift.

In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime.
