Operations Clerk - Hiring Immediately

Duration: 6 Months

Hours: 8a - 9a start time, OT available depending on the need

Location: Houston, TX 77032

Qualifications:

• Must have 4-year degree
• Must be local to site
• Must have professional work experience, administrative/customer service support representative skills
• Strong computer skills
• Client facing experience
• Strong communication skills
• Organization skills is key
• Professional in verbal communication and written skills
• Need someone savvy with Excel, Word, Outlook, PDF
• Resolve customer issues
• Must have reliable, strong Wifi connection (can work FT at the office otherwise)
• SAP knowledge is a plus. Site will hold a 1 - week training session, worker must take SAP test in order to stay on the job.

Description:

• We are looking for someone that can quote annual renewal pricing to customers and follow up consistently with the status of their purchase orders, like a collection’s person working through resolution of payment.
• We are looking for someone who isn’t afraid to independently make calls (Consistently following up with customer regarding their purchase orders).
• Performs a variety of office and administrative tasks in support of the Operations Supervisor and Operations Manager.
• Proposes measures to improve methods, performance, and quality of product or services, and suggests changes in working conditions to increase efficiency.
