DESCRIPTION:
Must have professional work experience, administrative/customer service support representative skills
Strong computer skills
Client facing experience
Strong communication skills
Organization skills is key
Professional in verbal communication and written skills
Need someone savvy with excel, word, outlook, PDF
Resolve customer issues
Must have reliable, strong Wifi connection (can work FT at the office otherwise)
SAP knowledge is a plus. Site will hold a 1 - week training session, worker must take SAP test in order to stay on the job. The test is only offered once.
Education requirement: Must have 4-year degree
Day to day:
We are looking for someone that can quote annual renewal pricing to customers and follow up consistently with the status of their purchase orders, like a collection's person working through resolution of payment. We are looking for someone who isn't afraid to independently make calls (Consistently following up with customer regarding their purchase orders).
Performs a variety of office and administrative tasks in support of the Operations Supervisor and Operations Manager.
Proposes measures to improve methods, performance, and quality of product or services, and suggests changes in working conditions to increase efficiency.
