We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Content Coordinator to support operational workflows through accurate content management, documentation, and cross-team coordination. This role ensures operational content is current, organized, and aligned with internal standards while supporting remote teams across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Create, update, and maintain operational content, guides, and internal documentation
Coordinate content updates across operations, compliance, and support teams
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and version control of operational materials
Support onboarding and training content for remote teams
Track content requests, approvals, and deadlines
Maintain content libraries and knowledge bases
Qualifications
Must reside in the United States
Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, Operations, or a related field (preferred)
2+ years of experience in operations support, content coordination, or documentation

Ability to manage priorities independently in a remote environment
