What You Bring  

• 
  

  Bachelor’s degree in accounting required. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

  
  


• 
  

  10+ years of experience in accounting or finance required; experience with construction accounting preferred. 

  
  


• Comprehensive knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.

Nice to Have  

• 
  

  CPA Preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Five Years of Management experience

  
  


• 
  

  Familiarity with healthcare systems and regulatory environments such as HCAI.

  
  

Compensation

Target Hiring Range: $157,000.00-$209,000.00 (rounded) annually

Boldt recognizes that experience, expertise, and specialized skills create value. The target hiring range for this position is $157,000.00- $209,000.00 (rounded) annually; however, compensation is determined based on qualifications, experience, certifications, geographic market conditions, internal equity, and business considerations. In addition to base compensation, employees may be eligible for incentive compensation and participation in applicable company benefit programs. 

Candidates whose experience or expertise substantially exceed the requirements of the role are encouraged to apply, as compensation may be reviewed based on individual qualifications.
