Position Overview

OEG is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Coordinator to lead operations in our growing Indianapolis office. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a critical role within a well-established, integrity-driven service company. You will be the organizational heartbeat of the office, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations while supporting a team of field  


Requirements

  

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage internal job portals and post weekly service/job updates
  • Utilize QuickBooks for general business input and recordkeeping
  • Answer phones and handle customer inquiries professionally
  • Update job orders and service tickets in real time
  • Assist in reviewing contracts and customer invoices accurately
  • Coordinate schedules, staffing, and customer service workflows
  • Support service technicians and project managers in day-to-day operations
  • Serve as a liaison between clients, insurance carriers, and internal team

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2+ years in a Plumbing, Construction, HVAC, or Restoration office environment
  • Experience communicating and  scheduling teams and working autonomously
  • Experience with call center,  dispatch, and service coordination
