Operations Coordinator

We’re on the hunt for an Operations Coordinator — a behind-the-scenes powerhouse who keeps our production team running at full speed and ensures our customers and crews have exactly what they need, when they need it. If you’ve got strong communication skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a "let’s make it happen" attitude, keep reading.

What You'll Do

As the Operations Coordinator, you’ll be the nerve center of the production team — owning the schedule, managing materials, and helping drive high-performance results across our jobs in Maine and New Hampshire. Here's a snapshot of your day-to-day:

Project Scheduling & Communication

• Schedule new projects and assign Project Managers
• Keep our production calendar tight, organized, and up-to-date
• Communicate scheduling with customers
• Be the vital link between production, internal departments, and the customer
• Support the Operations Manager and In-Field Operations Managers by identifying bottlenecks and optimizing workload

Material & Equipment Management

• Ensure materials are ordered on time and correctly
• Hunt down the best pricing and vendors to keep our jobs profitable
• Track company vehicles, trucks, and trailers — from mileage to maintenance
• Coordinate with the Ops Manager on equipment and fleet needs

Performance Reporting

• Monitor job volume, completions, and schedules
• Track trends, identify inefficiencies, and support team performance with real data
• Help the team push for more — more production, more efficiency, more wins
