Operations Coordinator

This opportunity is at CEMCO, powered by 3BG Supply Co, and located in Joplin, MO.

The Operations Coordinator plays a key role in keeping CEMCO running smoothly by owning critical processes across departments. This role handles Service Division paperwork, coordinates vendors and IT support, and ensures compliance with safety and ISO standards. The Operations Coordinator also partners with HR and Finance to support onboarding, administrative tasks, and overall office efficiency. Responsibilities include: 

• Service Division Paperwork
  • Lead data entry and paperwork management for the Service divisions: repair and outside.
  • Administer all customer and vendor returns.
  • Maintain accurate records to support reporting and operational decision-making.
• Compliance & ISO Support
  • Assist with implementation and upkeep of office safety protocols, including emergency preparedness (e.g., fire drills, first aid supplies, training).
  • Support ISO certification maintenance and documentation.
  • Help maintain compliance documentation and assist during audits.
• Vendor & IT Coordination
  • Serve as the primary contact for facility maintenance, cleaning services, and third-party office vendors.
  • Troubleshoot basic IT issues and act as the local point of contact for technology support.
  • Liaise with third-party IT providers to resolve complex service needs.
• HR & Administrative Support
  • Partner with HR to coordinate recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance documentation.
  • Welcome onsite visitors and candidates; coordinate interview logistics and assist with employee travel arrangements.
  • Serve as a liaison with Finance for check deposits and other administrative tasks.
  • Contribute to internal communications and support light marketing or employee engagement initiatives.

• Strong organization and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; able to troubleshoot basic IT issues.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and solve problems with minimal supervision.
• Discretion when handling sensitive information and a high level of reliability.
