In this role, you will be a key member of the Operations team, supporting the execution of customer orders and sales initiatives. The goal is to provide the teams with the support they need to execute error free shipments with fast turn around time. You will occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. This full-time position is based on-site in person in New York City.

What You’ll Do

• Prompt and accurate picking and/or checking of orders for accuracy
• Follow packaging guidelines to execute consistently flawless packages which will completely delight the customer upon arrival
• Efficient and beautiful packing of orders with the goal of providing the customer with a delightful unboxing experience
• Ad hoc product projects such as preparing jewelry in gift boxes, tagging, and adding returned jewelry back into stock
• Execute seasonal trunk show initiative prep (jewelry portion) including pulling and packing
• Assist with inbound and outbound picking/restocking of seasonal packs (trade shows, rep packs, showroom packs)
• Assist with day-to-day prep including making shipping boxes and assembling gift packaging

Who You Are

• Prior experience with order fulfillment or inventory a plus!
• Enjoy working in a fast paced, deadline-oriented workplace
• Take delight in accuracy and efficiency
• Proactive and self organized
• Comfortable standing for long periods of time

This is a 3-month contract on a temp-to-perm basis, based in-office at our location in New York City with an hourly rate of $25 per hour.
