• Maintain detailed charting of advertisements, including posting and removal dates for all campaigns.
• Respond to sales team requests for inventory availability, which includes providing details of availability to accommodate the request and documenting inventory holds
• Setup and send work orders to the Operations Manager for all upcoming campaigns
• Provide clear communication with co-workers
• Provide any needed assistance to the National Inventory Manager
