Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day business operations across multiple departments.
This role is responsible for keeping workflows aligned, maintaining operational visibility, tracking KPIs, and ensuring business processes run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll serve as a key operational bridge between teams while helping leadership maintain clarity, accountability, and execution consistency across the organization.

🔥 What You’ll Own
Process Coordination
Track workflows across departments including:
Finance,
HR,
Customer Service,
Operations,
Logistics,
and IT
Ensure operational tasks are completed on time and according to SOPs
Monitor task progress and proactively identify bottlenecks
Escalate operational risks or delays when necessary
Help improve workflow visibility and execution consistency
Data, Reporting & KPI Tracking
Maintain operational dashboards and reporting systems
Generate:
weekly reports,
monthly KPI summaries,
and operational insights
Track metrics such as:
productivity,
utilization,
workflow completion,
and operational efficiency
Ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and actionable
Support leadership with operational analysis and visibility
Documentation & SOP Management
Maintain and update:
SOPs,
process maps,
operational checklists,
and compliance documentation
Organize digital files and records within:
Google Drive,
SharePoint,
Notion,
or similar systems
Ensure documentation remains audit-ready and easy to access
Vendor & Partner Coordination
Communicate with vendors and external partners regarding:
deliverables,
timelines,
invoices,
and service updates
Monitor vendor SLAs and escalate issues proactively
Ensure vendor documentation and approvals remain organized
Cross-Department Operational Support
Coordinate recurring workflows and operational initiatives between teams
Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and project deliverables
Support leadership with:
operational research,
reporting,
and ad hoc initiatives
Help maintain alignment across departments and stakeholders
Compliance & Operational Controls
Ensure daily operations align with company standards and compliance requirements
Maintain accurate logs, records, and tracking systems
Support audit readiness and internal operational consistency
✅ Required Experience & Skills
2+ years of experience in:
operations,
coordination,
business support,
or administrative operations roles
Strong proficiency with:
Microsoft Office,
Google Workspace,
and spreadsheet management
Experience with operational systems such as:
Salesforce,
HubSpot,
NetSuite,
or similar platforms
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills including:
pivot tables,
dashboards,
KPI tracking,
and reporting
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
⭐ Ideal Experience
Process improvement exposure (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.)
Experience creating and maintaining SOPs
Familiarity with:
Power BI,
Tableau,
or Looker
Experience supporting:
SaaS,
logistics,
service-based,
or professional services businesses
