Operations Director

Prerequisites and Success Qualities:

• At least 18 years old. 
• Ability to manage themselves well and hold others accountable. 
• Consistently meets uniform and appearance standards. 
• Holds himself to a level of respect that will translate into their work, co-workers, and our moral values of treating others with honor and dignity.
• Must be able to handle pressure well and make decisions quickly; Is capable of being a problem solver and is comfortable with adaptation.
• Receives coaching and constructive criticism well.
• Will consistently implement our hospitality standards and maintain a high level of efficiency and productivity.
• Has flexible availability and is willing to adjust their schedule to the needs to the business.

Operations Director Definition: Responsible for overseeing, maintaining, and improving systems and processes that drive operational performance throughout the organization.

Operations Director Roles/Responsibilities:

• Responsible for taking active ownership of assigned responsibilities above a shift level.
• Responsible for actively participating in leadership meetings and providing feedback and solutions to problems that are consistently arising. 
• Responsible for creating actionable, positive change in the organization.
• Responsible for assisting with and taking part in the growth and development of others.
• Responsible for creating plans including, but not limited to, budgeting plans, proposal plans, or any other miscellaneous plans.
