Operations Executive

• Send pre-alerts to destination countries for all outbound shipments.
  


• Coordinate with airport handling teams to track and monitor cargo movement.
  


• Liaise with airlines, shipping lines, and transporters to confirm bookings and schedules.
  


• Maintain effective communication with service providers including airlines, transporters, and warehouse operators.
  


• Negotiate with transporters and warehouse providers to optimize costs while maintaining service quality.
  


• Prepare daily and weekly shipment status reports.
  


• Monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery, data accuracy, and service quality.
  


• Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
  

Requirements

• Understanding of international shipping terms (Incoterms).
  


• Familiarity with airline cargo procedures and airport operations.
  


• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  


• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
  


• Ability to work independently and within a team.
