Operations Finance Manager, Alpharetta, GA

Arclin is seeking a Finance Manager to join our Alpharetta, GA team. This role is a key financial partner to Arclin’s Manufacturing team, driving performance, insight, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. The ideal candidate brings strong manufacturing and cost accounting expertise and a passion for turning data into action.

Operations Finance Leadership:

• Serve as the finance lead for new operational activities, including acquisitions and organic growth initiatives.


• Own plant conversion costs, including budgeting, forecasting, standard setting, and variance analysis.


• Lead monthly operating and financial reviews with plant and operations leadership.

 Cost Management and Analysis:

• Perform detailed analysis of manufacturing costs, operational variances, and standard costing.


• Lead financial reviews of manufacturing KPIs, inventory, and ERP standards, recommending improvements where appropriate.


• Manage cost accounting activities such as cost allocation, cost control, and cost reduction strategies.


• Lead and analyze cost savings initiatives, including tracking financial impact and payback periods.


• Provide financial analysis and decision support for major initiatives such as new facilities, equipment, or manufacturing assets.


• Support annual inventory audits and recommend process and control improvements.

• Conduct ad hoc financial and business analysis and participate in special projects as needed.

 Job Qualifications:

• At least 7 years in a manufacturing environment with experience as a plant cost account, controller, or plant finance manager.


• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA or CMA certification is a plus.


• Proficient in cost accounting methodologies, inventory management, and product cost analysis. Advanced skills in Excel modeling.

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills, the ability to perform under pressure. Passion for improvement and accuracy.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Proven leadership abilities with a track record of managing & developing teams.


• Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with ERP systems and financial software
