Job Description - Operations Head of HR

REMOTE
Revive is a 100% remote organization specializing in ad campaign management on Amazon's owned and operated properties (i.e.,

Amazon.com

, IMDb, Twitch). Our team works remotely in California, Florida, Colorado, Oregon, and Montana. Revive is looking for a Head of HR who will be central to nurturing and enhancing our unique culture and people-first approach. You will be the catalyst in developing HR strategies that resonate with our business goals and reflect the essence of our collaborative and inclusive culture. Your role will involve fostering exceptional relationships between employees and management, leading our recruitment to attract and retain the best talent, and implementing performance systems that are both effective and meaningful.
In this role, you will manage compensation and benefits to ensure fairness and competitiveness, address training needs to elevate our team's capabilities, and maintain compliance with HR legal standards while advocating for best practices. Your leadership will drive initiatives in employee development, succession planning, and talent management. You will be a champion of our company culture, developing initiatives to reinforce our core values, and leading team events in collaboration with Revive’s Culture Committee.
Develop and execute HR strategies that support our business goals and reflect our unique culture
Act as a key player in fostering excellent employee and management relationships
Lead our recruitment efforts to ensure we attract and retain top talent
Implement a performance appraisal system that's both effective and meaningful
Manage compensation and benefits, ensuring they're competitive and fair
Identify and address training needs to enhance our team's capabilities
Maintain compliance with HR legal standards while being a champion for best practices
Advocate for and develop policies that contribute positively to our work environment
Drive initiatives in employee development, succession planning, and talent management
Champion company culture, including the development of initiatives to bolster and integrate the company’s core values, and leading team events with the support of Revive’s Culture Committee
Requirements

Experienced in HR management, with a track record of impactful results
People-focused, results-oriented, and a promoter of positive workplace culture
Skilled in analyzing HR metrics to inform strategies
Proficient with HR systems and databases
Strategic in thinking, with excellent leadership qualities
Strong in communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Capable of building strong relationships at all company levels
Well-versed in labor law and HR best practices
