Job Description:

Baptist Health is looking for an Operations Improvement Advisor to join our team in Louisville, KY

This position will drive performance/continuous improvement projects in partnership with hospital leaders. Though its focus will be around productivity and labor management, this position will identify best practice processes and facilitates process and operations improvements to maximize patient value. This individual with partner, advise and provide consultation and support to department leadership in the planning, coordination and implementation of improvement effort to help achieve goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in related field including Business, Finance, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Psychology or Engineering.

• At least 2 years of related work experience in process improvement, problem solving and/or resource optimization.

• Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt Certification desired

5 Days; 8:00am-5:00pm
