Job Description - Operations Integrator

abra is seeking an Operations Integrator!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead operational activities within the business line for both new and existing programs.
  • Oversee and control procurement, manufacturing, and customer delivery processes.
  • Execute and streamline synchronized ERP processes across various company departments.
  • Analyze bottlenecks and drive proactive solutions to ensure work plan targets are met.
  • Work closely and effectively with managers, engineering teams, and operations personnel.

Location: Holon

  • Education: B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management / Industrial Management / Logistics.
  • Technical Skills: High proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Languages: Good level of English.
  • Soft Skills: Ability to perform under pressure, high initiative, and a "can-do" attitude. Excellent interpersonal skills, fast learner, assertive, and capable of multi-tasking in a high-volume workload environment.

Key Advantages:

  • Experience working with ERP systems within an operational environment.
  • Experience working within a matrix organization.
  • Familiarity with logistics processes, with a strong emphasis on manufacturing and supply chain.
  • Leadership or command background (e.g., military command experience).
