We are adding the third member to our New Business Development team to support the Southern California growth plans providing services for Intellectually Disabled individuals.

We are searching for the Southern California Operations lead.

Starting services in the Southern Californai area. This is office based requiring frequent travel and overnight stay depending on location

Job Description:

Establishing new locations that may require long or overnight stays.  Assist training manager and direct care staff to provide top level customer service attention. This position will inittiate and maintain top level relations with Regional Center staff. Partnering with the recruter to facilitate orientations and new hire onboarding. This postion can be located in Los Angeles or Garden Grove area.
