Job Description
Operations at Cubeship will be responsible for working with sales teams to successful support customer transitions from sales to onboarding. Customer service managers will also work with operations team to successfully create standard operating procedures based on meeting and exceeding customers service level agreements and key performance indicators. In this role relationship management is crucial both internal and external teams will rely of your expertise and professionalism in order to grow customer wallet share of business.
As a Operations User, a typical day would include:
· Working with a set number of customers to respond to trouble issues and work with operations team to resolve issues and update customers
· Work on ensuring accurate pricing with customers projects or bids (Ocean/Air)
· Review operations service level agreements to ensure all teams are operating to expectations
· Create weekly reports requested by customers
· Communicate with overseas operations and customer service teams on pending bookings
Requirements
· Proficient in Mandarin
· Able to demonstrate credibility, and integrity to effectively command the respect and trust of key individuals within customer organizations and across internal & external partners
· 2-5 years of related industry experience
· Strong aptitude for analytics and attention to details
· Proven ability to generate and implement creative and innovative solutions to problems/opportunities
· Decisive, action-oriented individual
· Able to identify and pull in the right resources to meet customer goals; interacting with multiple business lines, branches, service lines and/or modes
· Excellent project management skills, including the ability to lead, facilitate, influence, and organize
· Strong client relationship process skills as demonstrated through a track record establishing clear expectations, setting objectives, and bringing multiple parties together to drive key initiatives for the account.
