Operations, Maintenance Maintenance Manager (3069)

To strengthen our motivated Maintenance Team at our Charlotte, NC plant, we are looking for a Maintenance Manager. 

Your Role

• You will develop, implements and monitors regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.


• You will develop and implement procedures to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment. 


• You ensure proper procedure and coverage for emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.


• You will oversees maintenance technicians with mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.

Your Profile

• 
  

  You have a minimum of at least 2 years certificate from a Technical school in Industrial Technology.

  
  


• 
  

  You have already gained 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance in a manufacturing environment. 

  
  


• You have team leadership experience


• 
  

  Desired:

  
  
  
  
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical printing or packaging industry 
  
  
  
  
  
  
  • Hot work, lock out tag out, haz mat, or OSHA certification training
