This senior role is responsible for end -to -end Operations leadership for Haldren in United States, with a primary base in New York. The position translates business goals into actionable plans, strengthens capability, and raises standards through continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Technology leaders to resolve blockers.
• Improve end -to -end operational performance, including capacity planning and process optimization.
• Manage budgets, vendors, and external partners to meet targets and service levels.
• Define KPIs and cadence for reviews; report progress with actionable insights.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high -performing team, including succession planning.
• Set a clear strategy, operating model, and annual plan aligned to country priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with applicable standards and policies.
• Lead change management for major initiatives and process or system rollouts.
Requirements
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, including managing managers.
• Background in operational excellence (Lean/Six Sigma) and multi -site performance management.
• Experience with budgeting, vendor management, and KPI -driven operating rhythms.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with senior internal partners.
• Proven ability to build strategy, translate it into execution plans, and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Comfortable working in a fast -paced environment with distributed teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree is an advantage.
