Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the housekeeping, front office, and breakfast areas at Hampton Inn Boston-Natick. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless daily operations, maintain high standards of guest service, and lead teams to exceed company goals. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to enhancing the guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of housekeeping, front office, and breakfast services.


• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and quality.


• Train, mentor, and manage department supervisors and staff to maintain high performance and professionalism.


• Create schedules and monitor staffing levels to meet operational needs while controlling labor costs.


• Monitor guest feedback and resolve any issues to maintain excellent customer satisfaction.


• Collaborate with other departments to support overall hotel operations and business objectives.


• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• 3 years proven experience in hospitality management, preferably overseeing multiple departments.


• Strong leadership and team management skills.


• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Proficient with operational software and Microsoft Office Suite.


• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
