Operations Manager

For one of our clients we are looking for an Operations Manager. As Operations Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing daily business operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and high service quality. You will play a key role in managing operational processes, improving workflows, and aligning operations with the company’s strategic objectives.

You will lead operational teams, monitor performance, and ensure that all departments work effectively together to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s level working and thinking ability, preferably in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  
• Several years of experience in an operational or managerial role
  
•  Strong leadership and people management skills
  
•  Excellent organizational and planning abilities
  
•  Analytical and problem -solving skills
  
• Strong communication and decision -making skills
