Responsibilities:

• Manage building, fleet, warehouse, and dispatch operations.
• Serve as the business’ Service Titan expert.
• Process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions.
• Handle vendor relationships, Employee Relations and IT work orders.
• Process payroll, invoice batching and customer refunds.
• Serve as the business’ notary. 

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong detail-orientation with the ability to multi-task as needed.
• Positive, conscientious team player who can effortlessly collaborate on teams and project lead as needed
• Previous Service Titan experience preferred, although training will be made available.
