OPERATIONS MANAGER

Position Overview:

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our manufacturing operations. You will be a key member of our management team and will work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our production processes. Your role will involve managing a team of production staff, implementing and maintaining procedures, and ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee all aspects of our manufacturing operations, including production, quality control, and inventory management.

2. Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.

3. Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

4. Work closely with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure timely delivery of products and meet customer demands.

5. Manage and develop a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

6. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

7. Monitor and control production costs to meet budgetary goals.

8. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.

9. Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing operations management role.

3. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

5. Knowledge of production and inventory management systems.

6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

8. Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards.

9. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

10. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
