Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing and operations management, with a proven track record of driving efficiency, productivity, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.

- Oversee all aspects of production, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.

- Manage and mentor a team of production supervisors and workers, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.

- Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement, implementing changes as needed.

- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and engineering, to ensure timely delivery of products and meet customer demands.

- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies.

- Analyze production data and prepare reports for upper management, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.

- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and environmental regulations.

- Manage budget and expenses for the operations department.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing and operations management.

- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving efficiency.

- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

- Experience with budget management and cost control.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP software.
