Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our manufacturing operations, including production, quality control, supply chain management, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a proven track record of implementing efficient and effective processes to improve productivity and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity

- Oversee all production processes and ensure that products are manufactured to meet quality standards

- Manage inventory levels and work closely with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of materials

- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure that all products meet or exceed customer expectations

- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

- Lead and manage a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication across all levels of the organization

- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and negotiate favorable terms

- Oversee maintenance of equipment and facilities to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency

- Develop and manage budgets and ensure that operations are within budgetary constraints

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to continuously improve operations and processes

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a manufacturing environment

- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team

- Proven track record of implementing process improvements and increasing efficiency

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Experience with supply chain management and inventory control

- Knowledge of quality control procedures and standards

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Knowledge of automotive industry and performance parts is a plus
