We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to join our team and help us continue our success.

Job Summary:

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company. You will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement strategies that will drive the company's growth and profitability. Your main goal will be to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement operational strategies and plans in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

- Manage and optimize resources, including equipment, materials, and labor, to ensure efficient project delivery

- Oversee project budgets and timelines, and make necessary adjustments to ensure profitability and client satisfaction

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project execution

- Lead and motivate a team of project managers, supervisors, and other staff to achieve project goals and objectives

- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies

- Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness

- Prepare and present regular reports to the executive team on project progress, financials, and other key metrics

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the construction industry

- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices

- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
