Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's operations, including project management, budgeting, scheduling, and team management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and project management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all operations and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Manage and coordinate all project activities, including subcontractors, vendors, and materials.

Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.

Communicate with clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or issues.

Manage and mentor a team of project managers, foremen, and construction workers.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.

Prepare and present reports on project performance to senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction and project management.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques.

Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.

Proficient in project management software and MS Office.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
