Operations Manager

Are you looking to use your experience as an Operations Manager to join a dynamic & growing team? The Operations Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance operational efficiency, oversee performance, and a team of employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for driving continuous improvement.

salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

Supervise and guide a team offering direction, training, and performance assessments
Create and execute strategies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and lower expenses
Oversee operational performance and introduce enhancements to meet key performance indicators
Assist in management reporting, information distribution, and organizational planning whilecreating and overseeing a structured quality control process
Track metrics and performance for staff
Manage the coordination of inventory equipment logistics for events
Improve the effectiveness and efficiency of support services.
Manage discrepancies and returns
Lead continued growth of the parts & warehouse departments, including physical department layout and organization
Support all sales and service areas and interdepartments communications as needed
