Senior Solutions is seeking an ambitious, strategic, and results driven Zone Operations Director to lead regional branches and propel operational success. If you want to make an impact by leading a team, optimizing systems, and accelerating growth, this is the opportunity for you!
As our Zone Operations Director, you will oversee all aspects of branch operations across an assigned region. With your strong leadership capabilities and business acumen, you will motivate branch teams, ensure regulatory compliance, develop talent, control costs, and drive revenue.
This is a critical role for mentoring supervisors, reviewing metrics, resolving issues, and implementing solutions that improve efficiency and service quality. You will build relationships to expand our referral networks while monitoring marketing and growth initiatives.
We are looking for someone who can:
Provide inspirational leadership and coaching to branch managers, building an empowered, accountable team.
Analyze market trends and build strategic partnerships to rapidly grow territory sales and revenue.
Oversee daily branch operations including scheduling, compliance, caregiver performance, and service delivery.
Implement operational solutions to drive efficiency, profitability, and 5-star customer satisfaction.
Prepare insightful reports and presentations on regional performance for executive leadership.

Requirements
We're looking for strategic thinkers who can analyze data, identify solutions, and execute strategies for service, compliance, and revenue. Exceptional relationship-building skills are a must to collaborate cross-functionally and build partnerships.
2+ years of experience in operational leadership; preferably in home care or healthcare
Excellent leadership, communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
Experience driving operational efficiency through metrics, systems, and process improvement
Problem-solving skills and ability to analyze data to inform decision-making
Knowledge of industry regulations and standards of care
Willingness to travel within the zone and to the corporate office as needed
Excellent communication, presentation, and people management skills
Entrepreneurial drive with ability to achieve growth and operational goals
Strong organization, time management, and problem-prevention abilities
Comfortable networking, building partnerships, and representing the company
Strong technical skills and ability to work efficiently in multiple systems
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Must be e-verify employable and pass drug screen and background check per state and company standards
Flexibility to work after hours which could include weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
