Operations Manager

Micas Networks is a leading open networking company focused on accelerating data delivery. Job Description
We are seeking a Mandarin-fluent Operations Manager to oversee our supply chain and production processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing orders, collecting purchase orders, and managing revenue forecasts. As an Operations Manager, you will be the key liaison between Micas Networks and our suppliers, ensuring that our supply chain is efficient and effective.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate supply chain management activities including order processing, inventory management, and vendor management
• Work closely with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to build processes that align with company objectives
• Collect purchase orders, manage production schedules, and ensure on-time delivery of orders
• Manage and optimize revenue forecast and pipeline reporting
• Communicate with international suppliers and customers in Mandarin
• Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and inventory levels
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management
• Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality
• Identify and resolve issues related to supply chain management and production processes
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in operations management, supply chain management, or a related field
• 5+ years of operations experience
• Fluent in Mandarin
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Experience with revenue forecasting and pipeline reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems
