Are you ready to lead a dynamic team in a fun and fast-paced environment? We're on the hunt for a Team Leader to co-manage our Operations department. If you're a natural leader with a passion for quality and efficiency, we want you!
About the Role:
You'll partner with another Team Leader to ensure our dog treat and chew products are processed, packaged, and shipped with precision and speed. You'll become an expert in every step of our production process, from raw ingredients to the final product, ensuring each item meets our high standards before reaching our loyal customers.
What We're Looking For:
Leadership Experience:
You have a proven track record of leading teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Industry Experience:
Background in restaurant or manufacturing is a plus. Coaching experience is a bonus!
Passion for Pet Nutrition:
Knowledge of fresh or raw diets for dogs is desired.
Physical Agility:
You can lift 35 lbs above your head and move quickly and efficiently.

Competitive pay starting at $24/hour+, depending on experience.
Monday-Friday shifts with alternating monthly schedules: 5 am-1:30 pm or 8:30 am-5:00 pm.
Rare weekend work, but availability required.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Operations Team Leader to oversee a team of operation specialists.
Ensure team members are knowledgeable about product offerings and processing.
Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews.
Maintain communication with other departments for smooth operations.
Schedule and manage raw material processing and inventory.
Update and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Schedule team shifts, time off, and manage overtime.
Stay up-to-date on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and team-building resources.
Ensure compliance with food production and sanitation regulations.
Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Oversee quality control and resolve customer complaints regarding packaging errors.
Your Mission:
To lead your team to operate efficiently with minimal errors throughout the product lifecycle. You'll be the go-to person for resolving any issues and implementing preventive measures to ensure the highest quality of our products.

Proven experience in team management and cross-departmental collaboration.
Reliability and dedication to complete the job.
Willingness to handle raw meat and get hands-on.
A proactive attitude and a drive to excel.
