Operations Manager - Courier Express - Join a Leading Company

Purpose of the Position:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and activities to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Primary Job Duties:

• Supervise a large warehouse team (more than two full-time employees).
• Set and maintain performance and productivity standards.
• Manage operating costs and identify areas for cost reduction.
• Deliver excellent customer service in line with Courier Express standards.
• Develop goals and action plans to optimize warehouse operations.
• Maintain a safe, compliant, and positive work environment for employees.
• Resolve operational issues and provide feedback to management.

Secondary Job Duties:

• Train and develop employees, promoting the company culture and providing support for success.
• Make hiring and termination decisions.

• Ensure smooth warehouse operations to meet customer and company service expectations.

Qualifications:

• College degree or 2+ years of relevant management experience.

• Leadership and management experience.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Rapid problem-solving and attention to detail.

Computer Skills Preferred:

• COPS (or other relevant warehouse management software)
