To support the continued growth of our U.S. subsidiary, we are looking for an Operations Manager to lead our business support operations in Santa Rosa, California.

Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of Newclip USA. Acting as the operational backbone of the organization, you will coordinate business support functions, optimize internal processes, and work closely with both local teams and our global headquarters.

As Operations Manager, you will oversee the administrative and operational performance of the U.S. subsidiary.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and coordinating all business support functions including HR, Finance, Administration, IT, Legal, and Facilities.


• Serving as the primary liaison between Newclip USA and the Group's corporate support departments.


• Managing relationships with external partners such as payroll providers, accounting firms, banks, insurance companies, legal advisors, and service providers.


• Overseeing administrative, financial, HR, and compliance processes to ensure operational efficiency.


• Monitoring operating expenses, indirect purchasing, contracts, and administrative obligations.


• Supervising facilities, office operations, and workplace services to ensure an outstanding employee experience.


• Coordinating administrative activities related to logistics, shipping, and customer invoicing.


• Driving continuous improvement initiatives while helping structure scalable processes to support business growth.


• Leading, coaching, and developing your team while fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.

Profile required

You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.

You have successful experience leading business operations in an international company, preferably within a growing SME, industrial organization, or MedTech environment.

You have solid knowledge of administrative operations, finance, HR administration, budgeting, and business support functions.

You are a proactive leader who enjoys building efficient organizations, solving operational challenges, and supporting business growth.

You are highly organized, service-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You communicate effectively with stakeholders at every level and are comfortable working across cultures.

You are proficient in Microsoft 365 and collaborative business tools.

Fluent English is required.
