Operations Manager, Fulfillment

About the Role

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing warehouse day-to-day operations, end-to-end processes, while driving operational excellence in a fast‑paced fulfillment environment.

The role requires an analytical understanding of WMS, and proven experience developing high‑performing teams. Success hinges on cross‑functional collaboration with HR, maintenance, safety, quality & engineering teams.

You’ll Make a Difference By

Inbound/Outbound Operations Leadership

• Overseeing daily inbound/outbound activities across a 1million square foot highly automated facility.


• Optimizing dock utilization, labor planning, and workflow design.


• Establishing and monitoring KPIs for inbound/outbound performance.

WMS & Systems Management

• Driving efficiency by leveraging automation.


• Leveraging reporting tools to analyze trends and drive decisions.

Leadership & People Development

• Managing and mentoring a team of supervisors, leads, and associates.


• Creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.


• Partnering with HR on staffing, training, and succession planning.

Continuous Improvement & Strategy

• Leading initiatives to streamline workflows and reduce operating costs.


• Developing SOPs and driving consistency across departments.


• Assisting with other responsibilities based on business needs.

About You

• 3+ years in fast paced fulfillment or distribution.


• Proven leadership and cross-functional influence.


• Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills.


• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong expertise with Korber WMS.


• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma.


• Bachelor's in supply chain, Operations, Business, or related field.
