Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the operations of several businesses in several regions
• Consult with the leaders of the newly acquired businesses
• Lead the data migrations to a single platform
• Optimize operational processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in Operations
• 5+ years in Home services (HVAC and Plumbing)
• 2+ years in mergers and acquisitions
• Strong Business Acumen
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• 50% travel
