As an operations manager, you will be responsible and accountable for the results of and the day-to-day operations for our medical practice. You will monitor and coach key-performance indicators. coaching to fiscal success and provide business support to the Doctor and team where appropriate. You are the primary partner for the Doctor to ensure all business activities lead to the presentation, delivery, follow-up to patient care and overall success.
Responsibilities:
Business operations to include
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring business procedures
- Purchasing, inventory management
- Medical supply management
- Help in managing the property/office space and open new branch location.
- Regulatory business filings.
- Basic IT troubleshooting and be tech savvy
Human resource management to include
- Managing the retention of practice staff
- Recruiting and orienting practice staff
- Developing and evaluating staff performance
- Ensuring staff participation in required educational courses and/or programs
- Hiring and onboarding new staff, coaching, and monitoring their performance.
Information management to include
- Managing the selection, implementation and maintenance of information technology
- Ensuring the security of patient and practice data systems
Patient care systems to include
- Establishing and monitoring business processes to ensure effective and efficient clinical operations
- Designing efficient workflow patterns to maximize provider schedules
- Overseeing patient satisfaction, community relations, and customer service programs
The right candidate will also possess the ability to lead by example and facilitate decision-making at all levels of the organization.

Shore Clinical TMS strives to provide our patients with the highest quality of psychiatric care in an atmosphere of respect, care and compassion. Once you fill out a Consultation Form or receive a referral from your doctor, we will reach out to complete a phone intake with you to obtain your insurance information, medical history, and a brief explanation of what brings you to us. Patients will then be scheduled to meet with our psychiatrist for an initial evaluation during which your eligibility for TMS therapy will be determined. Eligible candidates will then begin their treatment after an insurance authorization is obtained (if necessary).
