Operations Manager - Power Solutions Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Provide visible leadership through Management By Walking Around (MBWA).
• Mentor Field Managers and Supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) and operational standards.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of district and well-site operations.
• Maintain regular communication with employees.
• Determine and maintain appropriate staffing levels to achieve service quality and HSE goals.
• Ensure assets are properly maintained, current on preventive maintenance, and meet company image standards.
• Meet regularly with customers to ensure expectations are met.
• Drive profitability across assigned fleets and operations.
• Perform all duties safely and in an environmentally responsible manner.

• Complete other duties as assigned.

Language Requirement

Working Conditions

• Travel: Approximately 20%
• Shifts longer than 8 hours may be required.
• Work performed in both indoor and outdoor environments.
• Exposure to extreme temperatures, noise, hazards, chemicals, dust, fumes, and other oilfield operating conditions.

• Lift up to 20 pounds occasionally

   

Level of Responsibility

• Works with limited direction.
• Independently develops solutions and approaches to operational challenges.
• Functions within broad departmental guidelines and policies.

• Escalates issues only when clarification of policies or procedures is needed.

• 10+ years of operational leadership experience.
• Strong oilfield or power solutions operations background.
• Proven people leadership and mentoring skills.
• Strong safety and compliance mindset.
• Experience managing customer relationships and profitability.
• Ability to lead teams in fast-paced field environments.
