About the Opportunity
Our client is a fast-growing financial services business operating within the personal injury and healthcare sector in the USA.
They are looking for a highly adaptable Operations Manager who can take ownership of day-to-day operations, support multiple functions and help improve processes as the business continues to grow.
This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on operational professional who is a fast learner, resourceful, proactive and comfortable wearing multiple hats.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support daily operational activities across different departments.
- Assist leadership with operational planning, reporting and process improvements.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement practical solutions.
- Support collaboration between teams to ensure priorities and deadlines are met.
- Monitor operational performance and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities, processes and business requirements.
- Assist with operational projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are achieved.
- Develop and document procedures to improve consistency and efficiency.
- Provide hands-on operational and people-management support where required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an Operations Manager or similar operational leadership role.
- Proven experience managing a team of at least 10 employees.
- End-to-end people management experience, including:
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Comfortable managing changing priorities and multiple responsibilities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent spoken and written English with clear and confident communication.
- Strong computer and technology skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to operational challenges.

You do not need to have a highly senior title or extensive years of management experience. However, previous management experience is essential, particularly experience managing a team of 10 or more employees.
