Job Title: Operations Manager - Sweet Onion Packing Facility

Location: Southeast Georgia - an hour outside of Savannah

Established in 1990's, we are seeking an Operations Manager to collaborate with existing management in overseeing the day-to-day operations at our sweet onion packing facility in Southeast Georgia - an hour outside of Savannah. The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations, particularly during the critical harvesting and packing seasons from April to May.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a workforce of 30 to 50 employees, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence.
- Develop and implement comprehensive operational plans to optimize productivity, meet production targets, and uphold quality standards.
- Coordinate closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Oversee inventory management and traceability processes to maintain accurate records and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with existing management to strategize and execute initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and driving business growth.
