Operations Manager/Director - Get Hired Fast

Toledo Tomorrow is a Cradle to Career Education non-profit organization with a dozen employees in downtown Toledo. We are partnered with education, community and business leaders as well as the State of Ohio and US Department of Education. Our main goal is to have good education for every child in greater Toledo and enhance post-secondary opportunities for students and adults. We are looking for an experienced, senior operations management or project management person to join our team. There is a preference for significant experience and leadership in a mid-to-large size organization. We are looking for a full-time or very close to full-time candidate. Salary commensurate with experience.

The candidate’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:

● Help run/organize larger team projects

● Work very closely with leadership to move the organization and its primary efforts forward

● Leadership, drive, and success

● Assist in planning for the organization and the regional education partnership

● Work with team members to advance projects and accomplish tangible goals

● Working with partners to advocate and promote education

● Managing education, workforce, and attainment related projects

● Assisting with grant reporting, development and marketing

● Assisting in presentation development

● Development of partnerships
