Responsibilities

- Place orders for office and kitchen supplies

- Answering all incoming phone calls

- Receive, review, and distribute incoming mail according to specified procedures

- Support other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks

- Be a welcoming presence for visitors

- Oversee various office files and provide general office filing support

- Manage various office files and provide general office filing support

- Employ strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency- Demonstrated knowledge of Assist Guests

- Experience with Professionally Answer

- Adeptness in Telephone Answering System

- Solid understanding of Answering Inbound Calls

- General familiarity with Direct Guests

- Foundational knowledge in Answering Multi-Line Phone System

- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites

- Restocking experience highly preferred

- Answering Inbound Calls experience

- Answer experience

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

- Upbeat, smart, resourceful, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy

- Highly organized and self-motivated

- Incoming phone call management skills desired

- Customer service and office administrative skills

- Great attention to detail
